LED Microfinance Institution Plc., is an microfinance institution that was brought into existence by a group of 15 baord members. These 15 people had lunched their disuccion on September 03, 2015. Its application was applied and runned under the control and authority of Mrs. Samreth Cheng. It has been granted the temporary permission from NBC (National Bank of Cambodia) to operate in Cambodia on Jan 27, 2016. After fulfilled the requirements and underwent many checking and observing process, later on, it got an official license from NBC on June 16, 2016. Right now, LED Microfinance Institution is a legal institution that has right to operate legally under the National Bank of Cambodia.

Objective

Led Microfinance Institution is created to mainly address on three issues:

- To form a network of support in eradicating poverty

- To provide funds for those in needs for various acceptable purposes

- To provide funds for the farmers and business owners who want to create or expand their businesses.

- To help developing the local society by empowering the businesses through providing financial supports and assistances to the lower or middle income local people and local entrepreneurs who wish to start up or expand their businesses

- To provide the opportunities of self sufficiency to the local people so they are able to live and feed on their own

- To increase the job opportunities for skilled and unskilled local people.

To Become the the leading microfinance institution in providing the best financing service to all the people from various background, as well as to become the unlimited source of finance in Cambodia.

Mission

- To provide small or medium entities or individuals with the source of finance and the way to access or manage the financial resources effevtively and efficiency.

- To leverage the living standard by ensurig the eternity source of funds and benifit to the debtors, including the usiness owners, workers and other entities.

- To be strictly abided or guided by the following priniciples: honesty, morality and laws-abider.
